The Little Bowden Neighbourhood Forum (NF) was formally designated in 2023 as the statutory body responsible for creating the Neighbourhood Plan for the Little Bowden area of Market Harborough.

Since its formation, the forum has worked collaboratively with other forums (Arden, Logan & Town Centre and Welland) to engage the local community. The insights gathered will shape the policies in the Little Bowden Neighbourhood Plan, which is scheduled for completion in 2025. This planning document will guide future planning decisions in the area, supplementing the Harborough District Council (HDC) Local Plan with locally relevant details.

Community projects are a key part of our work, improving neighbourhoods, bringing people together, and creating a sense of belonging. Members of the Little Bowden forum can participate in shared projects, including:
